We offer regularly scheduled seminars at specific locations across the nation as well as seminars customized specifically for your program needs. You have the option of coming to us, or we will come to you.

Our seminars are most often four days in length and include the option of follow-up teleclasses and/or individual or group coaching.

Seminar Descriptions
Strategies for Powerful Leading
Leadership is an ever-changing dynamic process requiring continual reflection, revision, and re-energizing of one’s attitudes, knowledge and skills.
Strategies for Powerful Leading is a seminar designed for leadership transformation. This leadership transformation will energize and accelerate one’s thinking about priorities, goals and purpose. Five strategies will be examined: creating possibilities, determining purpose, communicating powerfully, taking responsibility and living joyfully. Leaders will find clarity and purpose in their roles and relationships. Don’t miss the power of this transformational learning opportunity.

Leadership Coaching for High Performance
Coaching has long been acknowledged as a potent intervention for improvement of teaching and learning. Now, coaching is recognized as the key leadership factor for leaders who wish to transform relationships, increase learning and dramatically change school cultures. This seminar is designed specifically for district and school leaders who are committed to engaging in conversations that lead to transformational change.

- Principles of effective leadership coaching

Instructional Coaching: Essential for School Success
This seminar is designed to support the work of campus coaches, instructional specialists, and content facilitators as they deepen knowledge and skills about the role and work of a Coach. Learning will focus on the most essential tools and skills of coaching; language that promotes positive thinking and problem solving, feedback that accelerates growth, and conversation tools and frameworks that increase effectiveness and efficiency. The principles of coaching, the most current research from neuroscience about why the brain needs coaching, and the most current research on trust will support the work of all types of professional learning communities. The learner will distinguish among the many roles that influence and impact achievement as they increase metacognition of self and others.
This seminar will strengthen and deepen the knowledge, skills and beliefs of any position responsible for supporting others, building relationships and ultimately increasing performance.

Powerful Coaching: Level II
Prerequisite: This session is designed to internalize powerful coaching skills learned in one of these previous sessions:
- Strategies for Powerful Living and Leading
- Leadership Coaching for High Performance
- Instructional Coaching: Essential for School Success
This session is for leaders who want to deeply embed coaching behaviors into their leadership identity and style. This course is targeted and intended as a major step toward certification as a certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Content will correlate to and require application of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the ICF coaching competencies. The outcomes of this seminar are to assist leaders in the demonstration of their defined coaching skills; to increase energy channeled toward internalization and integration of coaching behaviors as the default approach for leadership and leading; and to emphasize a sharpened focus on the relationship of the applied competencies and transformative results.

Advanced Coaching: Level III
Prerequisite: The purpose of this session is to increase one’s depth and skillfulness as a coach building upon Powerful Coaching, Level II.
This seminar is designed for educators who seek certification as a professional coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Content will focus on the depth of integration of coach-specific skills into one’s identity as a coach. Learners will experience a continuous feedback cycle beginning with self assessment. Working beside an ICF certified coach, learners will prepare, coach, and reflect on the development of their own skills.
The outcomes of this seminar are to develop coaches who:
- are grounded in the beliefs and assumptions of the core competencies of ICF
- consistently utilize the Coaching School Results skills
- offer feedback that sustains and supports the development of others, and
- emphasize the inherent relationship between coaching and transformative results.

Evaluation Services
Our Office of Evaluation Services provides evaluation follow-up at the conclusion of all seminars and individual coaching agreements extending for six months or longer. Data is gathered on a Likert -type scale which measures the degree of impact of coaching services as well as overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, a qualitative evaluation design is available to districts and organizations seeking to describe in depth the impact of coaching on the organization. This evaluation design includes a written, customized report for the district or organization.
