Karen Anderson, PCC
Karen has been a public school educator for over 31 years. Her expertise is facilitating groups focused on working collaboratively to solve problems and improve processes and delivery systems. She is a national trainer and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Texas A & M University-Commerce. From 1996-2004, she served as the Executive Director of the Texas Staff Development Council and was recognized as the recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award. Karen is a founding member of Coaching For Results Global, Inc. (CFR) and is currently responsible for the Teaching and Learning Division. Her responsibilities include the design, development, and delivery of internal and external professional learning experiences that provide on-going growth for CFR coaches and those desiring to become coaches. She also serves as a CFR trainer, facilitator for coaching labs, and mentor for those developing their coaching skills. Karen completed Dave Ellis’ life coach training from Falling Awake, is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and holds certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also a member of the North Texas – ICF Chapter. Karen has authored numerous articles including “ Coaching for High Performance” and “ Leadership Coaching for Principals.” Her dream is for every educator to have a coach.

Jane Bidlack
In her personal and professional experiences, Jane has become convinced that coaching is the most powerful and productive catalyst to “become all that you can be.” She is dedicated to supporting school administrators in the many challenges of school leadership through coaching. Initially Jane was trained in Cognitive Coaching and actively supported her staff in using this model. Later, she received her leadership coaching training from Coaching For Results Global, Inc. and has been coaching school leaders since 2005. |
Bob Carter
He holds a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University and a M.Ed. from Stephen F. Austin State University. Bob spent 35 years as an educator and organizational leader in the public schools of Texas. During that time, he worked as a high school teacher, junior high school assistant principal and elementary school principal. His entire professional career has been devoted to leadership development and coaching others for performance improvement. Bob has been active as a leadership coach since 2003 helping clients move from merely hoping to be successful to actually planning for and achieving the success they envision. Coaching is Bob’s way of providing on-going, just-in-time professional development that contributes to improved student performance in his clients’ schools.

Sandee Crowther, ACC
Sandee has a passion for quality practices in professional learning and has several years of service to NSDC where she served as President and completed the certification process for Distinguished Staff Developer in 1998. She currently serves as volunteer Executive Director for the Kansas affiliate, KSDC to continue her love of learning and building capacity in others. Currently Sandee also serves on the board of directors for Phi Delta Kappa International and currently is President-elect. She has been honored with several awards. Among them are the Kansas Curriculum Leader of the Year, presented by KASCD, Educator of the Year presented by the School of Education of the University of Kansas, and the Distinguished Service Award from NSDC in 2003.

Vicky Dearing, PCC
Vicky holds a Masters of Education degree from Texas Woman's University, with a major in supervision and a minor in gifted education. She has been a teacher, a central office administrator, responsible for gifted and talented and special programs in two Texas districts, and a principal. She has been recognized at the district, state and national levels, including being the principal of two National Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence. After retiring from public education, Vicky served as Senior Vice President of Training and Implementation for a national education company, responsible for the development and delivery of training and implementation services to teachers across the United States. During her seven years with the company, she worked directly with some of the largest school districts in our nation. Vicky recently served as lead evaluator and co-evaluator for the education firm of TCES & Associates, responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations of curriculum and instructional services of a large urban education service center in Texas. She also served as a consultant and member of the leadership team for the American College of Education. Vicky has been involved with coaching for over ten years and is currently on the Board of Directors of Coaching For Results Global, Inc, leading the marketing initiatives. She is passionate about learning and helping others reach high levels of personal and professional productivity and consistently receives strong ratings from her coaching clients, representing school leaders from across the United States and Canada. Vicky’s expertise is in the areas of effective communication, instructional leadership, program implementation and evaluation, school improvement, training and professional development. Her passion is with coaching and she strongly believes that coaching has the potential to transform people’s lives. It has hers!

Edna Harris, PCC
Edna has worked as an educator in several large suburban school districts for over thirty years. She has experience as a teacher, supervisor, reading coordinator, principal and staff developer. She has developed curriculum and training materials for several organizations and school districts. She has presented training sessions for numerous professional organizations and universities primarily in the area of implementing effective staff development programs. In 1992-1993, Edna served as president of the Texas Staff Development Council. She was named Texas Staff Developer of the Year in 1997. She has served on a variety of national and state level task forces designed to promote effective staff development practices including teacher certification and legislative policies. In addition to the growth opportunities she has had as a consultant and school district administrator, she serves in a variety of leadership roles in her church. Joan Hearne
Joan Hearne is currently a lecturer at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas , a consultant, and a leadership coach. She is an educator with experience in both small and large urban districts. As a leadership coach, she has coached principals and teachers to develop ways to become more successful in the challenges they face on a daily basis. The privilege of coaching and being coached has placed a new emphasis and excitement in this educator’s tool box. Joan holds a Master Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision and a Bachelor’s in Art Education from Wichita State University. As an educator for over 30 years she has experience as a middle school teacher, assistant principal, curriculum developer, staff development coordinator, behavior interventionist , elementary principal, and adjunct professor. She has also served as president of Kansas Staff Development Council and was selected as Staff Developer of the Year. These many roles have allowed her to work in different areas all for the benefit of the children served. With a staff development focus, Joan has written, coordinated, and presented many different sessions to educators across the state of Kansas all working to provide meaningful change and growth for each participant. With quality and excellence as the standard, Joan enjoys working to promote and encourage the very best in everyone she serves. Kathryn Kee, PCC
Kathy served as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, Director of Staff Development, Director of Gifted Education, campus instructional dean, department head, reading specialist and teacher in rural, urban, military, and suburban school districts during her 32 years in education. Kathy has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology; a M. Ed from Louisiana State University and Southern University; Doctoral work in Public Administration from University of Texas at Arlington, plus numerous certifications from Texas Woman’s University, University of Oklahoma, and Southwest Missouri University. Her greatest honors include serving as the first President and Executive Director of the Texas Staff Development Council and serving as Board Member and President of the National Staff Development Council from 1994-1999. Kathy is a founding member of Coaching For Results Global and serves as one of its Board Directors, responsible for the Teaching and Learning Division. She serves as a trainer and mentor to coaches for Coaching For Results Global, Inc.

Sue Kidd
Sue holds an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction, Gifted Certification K-12 from Kansas State University and a B.S. in Elementary Education, also from Kansas State University. She is currently on the Board of the Kansas Learning First Alliance (KLFA) and is the Co-Chairperson for the Professional Development Work Team. She has served as President of the Kansas Staff Development Council (KSDC) and of the Kansas Gifted, Talented, and Creative Association (KGTC). Sue has been honored as a nominee for the Kansas Teacher of the Year and the Kansas Master Teacher. Her publications include "Brain-Based Instruction in Action," Educational Leadership, ASCD, Nov. 2000, and the Gifted Education Resource Guide, Montana Office of Public Instruction, 1994.

Riva Korashan
Riva was one of 27 staff developers nationally to be chosen by the National Staff Development Council (NSDC) to be trained by the Brande Foundation to provide life coaching to school administrators of high poverty schools and school districts in order to improve student learning.

Dr. Gina Marx
Gina has been in education 26 years, serving as an Assistant Superintendent, Staff Development Director and Grant Writer for a 33 district Consortium, High School Principal, Assistant HS Principal, Middle School At-Risk Coordinator, and secondary Communications/English/ESL Instructor. She also served as a university Director of Adjunct Faculty Services, has been a Manuscript Reviewer for Corwin Press, an Associate Auditor for the Curriculum Management Audit Center, a national Reviewer for Reading First grants, Vice-President of United School Administrators and President for Kansas ASCD. She is currently the Higher Ed rep for Learning Forward Kansas.

Dayna Richardson
Dayna has supported quality education for all students through her involvement and leadership in state and national organizations, including serving as president of Kansas Staff Development Council (KSDC) and in various leadership roles within the Kansas Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (KASCD). She was selected as the KSDC Staff Developer of the Year and as the KASCD Outstanding Curriculum Leader. Currently Dayna represents KSDC within the Kansas Learning First Alliance. Dayna's passion is learning. Her presentation topics have encompassed team building, creative and critical thinking skills, leadership, brain research, professional learning communities, coaching, school improvement, teacher leadership, and 21st century learning and learners. Essie Richardson
Essie has maintained throughout her career an association with various professional organizations where she served in a leadership capacity as President and Board member of the Columbus Elementary Principals Association, Treasurer and Board member of the Columbus Administrators Association, Urban Affairs Committee member and trainer with the Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators, Building Representative and chairperson of different committees within the Columbus Education Association, National and State delegate to NEA and OEA , State Secretary for Pi Lambda Theta, and member of the Ohio Department of Education’s Fairness and Sensitivity Committee that reviews all proposed test items developed for inclusion on the K-3 Ohio Achievement Tests. She also served her community through her involvement and training in the Columbus Area Leadership program. Richardson has visited schools and interacted with school administrators in South Africa, Japan, India, the United Kingdom, and throughout North America. Her current interest is helping others to maximize their potential through coaching and training. She has a favorite quote by Harrison Owen that describes coaching, “When the spirit of people is strong focused and vibrant, wonderful things happen”. Essie has recently co-authored a soon to be published book that is focused on coaching the elementary school administrator. Her formal coaching training includes Cognitive Coaching as well as training through Coaching For Results Global, Inc. She is currently working on certification through the International Coach Federation, Inc.

Frances Shuster, PCC
She is a founding member and President of the nonprofit organization, Coaching For Results Global, Inc., an active member of the ICF (International Coach Federation), 2006 President of the International Coach Federation, North Texas Chapter, and credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a faculty member and coach in the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management. Frances obtained her BS from the University of Texas in Austin and her M. Ed. from the University of North Texas. She received her training as a coach from the Center for Cognitive Coaching, Breakthrough Enterprises and Coach U.

Pam Smith
Pam presently shares with Districts how to implement the NSDC standards, implement programs for job-embedded professional development using instructional coaches and implement a mentor/coaching program supporting new teachers and their mentors to impact student success. Currently, as a leadership coach and educational consultant she continues to present and share her beliefs and experiences with the power of coaching in Districts across the state of Texas and nationally.

Marcia Vogelsang, ACC
Marcia has worked in both urban and suburban districts that have large populations of diverse student populations that need innovative school environments to meet their needs. Working in central administration, she supported campus administrators and teachers as they implemented data based decision making and positive human and financial resource leadership that resulted in significant growth in student achievement. She has initiated and supported the development of non-traditional schools and programs and has shared these models at state and national conferences. In 2000 she was named Texas Special Educator of the Year by the Texas Council of Administrators of Special Education. She has a history of actively promoting strong collaboration between community organizations and public education and in 2004 was honored as Fort Bend County Texas as Woman of the Year for Executive Leadership. She continues to serve in leadership positions in her community Marcia is passionate about working with school leaders, coaching and supporting them as they fulfill their professional and personal dreams. Diana Raney Williams, PCC
Dr. Williams received her doctoral degree from The Ohio State University in 1993. She has published articles in The Journal of Staff Development including "Kent Elementary-A School that Can" and "Building Systemic Change through Staff and Community Collaboration." She was a featured principal in an article entitled "Principals as Staff Developers: A Portrait of Diana Williams." She has authored numerous grants and has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors. Diana is the mother of four children and has four grandchildren. She is an active member of St. Dominic Church and several social organizations. She has traveled and studied in Nigeria, West Africa. Diana is currently an educational consultant for school districts and a state department of education. "I am living the life of my dreams. David P. Winans, PCC
Dave earned his Ed.D from the University of Kansas researching the relationship among leaders of public schools engaged in system change. The Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) designation in 2008 by the International Coaching Federation demonstrates that he talks and walks as change maker. Carnegie’s observation that “success is having what you want and happiness is wanting what you have” both powers and integrates Dave personally and professionally. How does a visionary also honor the wholly spirit? It’s the adventure of a lifetime that Dave is blessed to share with his wife, Cas, their five children and three grandchildren.

Jane has embraced a career in education for 35 years serving in both New York and Texas. She has a vast amount of practical experience working with educators to explore their visions, stretch their thinking and help support their journeys in reaching and exceeding their potential. She taught most elementary grades, served in gifted education, and was a teacher trainer and curriculum writer. Her administrative experience spans four Texas school districts as principal, assistant principal and in central administration. She earned her MS degree from Elmira College in NY and other certifications from Texas Woman’s University. 
Bob’s specialty is coaching energetic, motivated principals who feel isolated, stressed out and overworked. He has developed a simple, yet effective 5-step process that helps his clients become better at dealing with difficult people, transforming their school, and achieving greater work life balance. 
Sandee Crowther is certified through the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. As an experienced leadership coach and consultant, she has a passion for helping leaders be the best they can be. She earned her doctorate in educational administration from the University of Kansas. After 43 years of service, she recently retired from the Lawrence Kansas Public Schools where she most recently served as executive director for planning and program improvement. She has facilitated learning in the areas of school improvement, quality professional development, evaluating impact and results, leadership development, and instructional improvement. 
Vicky Dearing is certified through the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. She is an experienced leadership coach and independent consultant with over 37 combined years of successful experience in both public education and the business sector. 
Edna is a founding member of Coaching For Results Global, Inc. and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education from North Texas State University, a Master’s degree in Special Education from Peabody College and her mid-management certificate from Prairie View A&M. 
Kathryn (Harwell) Kee, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and certified Conflict Mediator. With coaching as her first love and passion, currently Kathy is honored to serve as a Leadership Coach to numerous elementary, middle, and high school principals, assistant principals, and teachers in schools in Texas and across the United States. As an educational consultant, Kathy is a national trainer for Cognitive Coaching; Adaptive Schools, Carolyn Downey's Walk Through for Reflective Practice; Supervisory Language for Accelerating Results, with Dr. John Crain; Mentoring and Coaching Skills, Communication skills, and multiple educational leadership topics. A special joy is serving as adjunct professor at the University of North Texas where she supports new promising administrators during their final classes and internships.
Sue Kidd, a Leadership Coach trained and certified by Coaching For Results Global, Inc., has four years experience coaching school leaders. She also supports several groups of school administrators and middle-level educators through coaching and is the Coordinator for the Kansas Partnership in Character Education grant. 
Riva Korashan is a founding member of Coaching For Results Global, Inc. and passionately believes that coaching educators is the key to student achievement. She has been coaching educators for over 20 years and has seen first-hand the difference it makes for individuals and school organizations. 
Dr. Gina Marx is currently an Assistant Professor in the Newman University School of Education Graduate Department and works with aspiring principals in the Building Leadership Program. She is also one of eight Kansas Leadership Coaches for Coaching For Results Global, Inc., and a Kansas Learning Network Implementation Coach for schools on improvement. 
Marceta Reilly is a leadership coach & co-author of two best-selling books about coaching conversations. She believes that being “coach-like” is a vital skill for 21st century leaders, and using coaching conversations is a powerful way to build the capacity of others to initiate and sustain the changes they want in their work and their lives. She partners with individuals and teams to clearly identify the results they want, reduce conflicts in their interpersonal relationships, manage their time better, and solve problems more effectively.
Dayna Richardson's educational career has included positions as an elementary teacher, gifted education teacher, a coordinator of gifted education, and also the charter Director of the Educational Services and Staff Development Association of Central Kansas. Most recently Dayna has been Assistant Superintendent for Buhler USD 313. She has also been a Leadership Coach for Coaching For Results Global, Inc. since 2007, and served as an adjunct instructor at five Kansas universities.
Essie Hayden Richardson, M.ED, LPC is a retired school administrator who serves as a leadership coach with Coaching For Results Global, Inc. where she is a member of the Evaluation team, performs services as a researcher for the State of Ohio through a third party provider, and owns a supplemental education center that provides educational services to over two hundred students in an after-school program. During her career as an active educator, she enjoyed a variety of assignments that included elementary and middle teacher, guidance counselor, staff development specialist and elementary principal. After retirement, she continued her services to the District as a mentor principal, Customer Relationship Service Specialist, assessment team leader, leadership coach for elementary and middle school administrators, consulting services to private schools and teacher assistant at Ohio State University. 
Reba Schumacher is certified through the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. She is a veteran Texas public school administrator with thirty-three years experience. Currently she is an independent consultant and leadership coach, and her experience supervising highly effective, visionary school principals and district directors contributes significantly to her success as a coach. She has served as a coach for Coaching For Results Global, Inc. for several years. Reba has coached numerous educators from large urban inner city school districts to small rural districts across the United States and continues to coach high achieving, goal-driven individuals wishing to bring value and excellence to their organizations. In addition to individual coaching, she is a staff developer for Coaching For Results Global, Inc. and has provided professional development to hundreds of educators in large and small districts as well as for regional educational service centers. 
Frances has been coaching for over 10 years in the areas of leadership development, transformational change, executive effectiveness and strategic thinking and planning. In addition to guiding her clients to develop insights, she partners with them to co-design positive actions that lead to acceleration of goal achievement.
Pam Smith recently retired as the Executive Director of Professional Development / Curriculum and Instruction /District and School Improvement for the Richardson School District in Texas. During her 34 years in education , she served as a teacher, gifted program coordinator, principal, staff developer , and assistant to the Superintendent. These varied experiences in her urban-suburban school District allowed her numerous opportunities to provide professional workshops at the local, state and national levels, serve as President of the Texas Staff Development Council and win the award for the “Most Outstanding Texas District in Professional Development”. 
With 36 years in public education as an educator, psychologist, and administrator, Marcia is committed to assisting others to build strong team environments with a climate of shared learning and decision making that stimulates excellence. She has been a Coach with Coaching For Results Global, Inc. since 2005 and has had the opportunity to support leaders who have led their campuses and districts to outstanding student performance. 
Diana has been an urban educator for over thirty years. She has served as a principal, a staff development supervisor, a central office administrator for a parent/community involvement initiative, a resource teacher, a classroom teacher and a university program coordinator. She served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Staff Development Council for six years and served as President of the Board in 1994. She was co-founder and Past President of the Staff Development Council of Ohio. She served on the Phi Delta Kappa Board in Columbus, Ohio in 1988-89. She has served in numerous other professional organizations in leadership capacities.
Over 38 years, Dave’s constant commitment remains serving community through ever improving learning: as a teacher of learners ages six to sixty, as a leader of private and public educational systems, as a collaborator involved with the founding of seven associations that still fulfill the niche each was created to serve, as a life coach to leaders answering their own calling. It’s become clear that learning brings dreams to life.
